Cody has been a part of the VCA American River Animal Hospital team since April 2022. With an extensive background in customer service, Cody has a strong drive for client advocacy that shines through his dedication to providing top-notch service and support to pet owners. In his role, Cody tries to ensure the well-being of both clients and their beloved animals by helping them navigate their pet's health care journey with compassion and expertise. Being a part of the LGBTQIA+ community, Cody promotes diversity and visibility at work by actively participating in PRIDE events with VCA, MARS and in his local community. While creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for both clients and colleagues alike, Cody is proud to be a part of the VCA American River Animal Hospital team in providing veterinary care to the surrounding community.

Whether it's answering your calls, guiding you and your pet to the exam rooms or checking you in and out quickly, our Client Service representatives and Receptionists are dedicated to providing helpful client and patient support that raises the bar on customer service.
