San Diego VCA Team Partner’s with San Diego Children’s Discovery Museum

The San Diego VCA Community Outreach Team has partnered up with San Diego Children’s Discovery Museum in North County San Diego, which, since 1999 San Diego Children’s Discovery Museum has been “inspiring children to learn about our world through exploration, imagination, and experimentation.”.

Our team, David Stromberg, Vilen Vlasov, Michelle Cornwell, Michele Chin, Deana Hartford, Glenn Barnes, Editha Quiambao, Justine Nunez and Maria Carrillo planted trees, plants, shrubs and bushes along pulling out all the weeds around the property so kids can enjoy a clean and green property.

About San Diego Children’s Discovery Museum

Since 1999 San Diego Children’s Discovery Museum has been “inspiring children to learn about our world through exploration, imagination, and experimentation.” Today they remain the only hands-on educational children’s museum in North San Diego County, serving children ages 0-10 with interactive exhibits and programs focused on science, world cultures, and art. Their central location in Escondido allows them to serve children and families across San Diego County, as well as West Imperial County, and South Riverside and Orange Counties.
